The importance of the warranty: legal protection for the buyer and manufacturer's obligations
The warranty is an instrument which protects the buyer. As a manufacturer, Magni invites its customers to make use of this service for the numerous advantages it offers.
The warranty is a legal protection borne by the manufacturer in favor of the buyer for the period agreed in the contract. Reference is almost always made to the parent company, i.e., the headquarters of the various manufacturers, which have departments responsible for handling these situations.
There are two types of warranties that should not be confused with each other: the legal warranty and the commercial warranty. The legal warranty is provided for by law to protect the customer. It ensures that any clauses or agreements between the seller and the buyer that do not comply with these requirements have no effect. The commercial warranty is an additional warranty that the manufacturer can offer the customer.
At Magni, we try meet our customers’ needs in the best possible way, thanks to our dedicated team and dealer portal, which allows to activate the warranty for each machine purchased, in just a few simple and intuitive steps. Simply enter the serial number of the machine you have purchased and the contact details of the contact person. The 24-month warranty is valid from the time the machine is commissioned and covers up to 2,000 working hours.
This warranty does not impose any major constraints at the time of activation. In the first phase, it involves the dealer for any interventions.
Magni TH provides a team of mobile mechanics which intervenes in case of specialized intervention, in agreement with the dealer. They provide an even faster and more punctual service.
