Managing a large fleet of machines is very difficult, especially if we are talking about dealers or big rental companies. Even in this case, Magni offers its customers a targeted solution to the problem. Thus, My Magni was created.
My Magni is a 360° machine monitoring service in real time that we offer for free to our customers for the first three years after purchasing a RTH range machine. At the end of this period, the customer is free to decide whether to renew or cancel the subscription.
This system allows to view the exact position and track the movements of each machine. It also displays the most relevant data, such as the working status, on the control panel. This service is also key in terms of maintenance. Monitoring machine hours, technical alerts and maintenance data allows to plan maintenance to keep the fleet running and in perfect condition at all times. This allows to drive down costs and, above all, increases productivity. Moreover, My Magni alerts the user when the machine leaves a specific operating area and also if it switched on or moved illegally.
The main screen is divided into five pages:
- Fleet-home: displays the exact position of each unit and its operating status;
- Classic: provides access to standard modules such as reports, servicing, alarms and access control;
- Fleet Inventory: allows to segment and chart your fleet;
- Search for a unit: shows all relevant information, such as geolocation and status, in real time by setting appropriate filters;
- CAN BUS data: allows to check daily usage, CAN BUS data, and any current active events for all the machines of the fleet.
The My Magni application is also optimised for mobile. In addition to all the features highlighted above, this version also offers a chat to monitor ongoing communication with the customer and share high-quality pictures and video content.
