Workstations are essential to ensure the well-being of employees and collaborators. Besides functionality and ergonomics, aesthetics also plays a central role in the design of a company HQ. This is what is happening in the new Magni HQ. We conceived innovative projects for our office spaces.
Why are aesthetics and design necessary for the working environment? The visual component plays a central role in the working environment. It contributes to the daily well-being of employees, together with elements such as lighting, ventilation and natural decorations. It is a bit like feeling in your own living room. Working in an efficient office is crucial. However, immersing oneself in a beautiful place increases productivity and motivation.
Magni‘s new offices aim to create a space that is harmonious in all its parts. Full attention is devoted to the logic and rationality of the layout of the various rooms. These will feature sound-absorbing walls and partitions to make the most of the space. Therefore, practicality becomes essential. The eye also wants its part. Everything can be turned into a precious wardrobe, an open bookcase or a glass showcase to display important objects.
We introduced production innovations in our HQ, and then redesigned the environments in which they occur. We introduced a new concept of open space. It is based on the boundary between work and private space, transformed by technology as never before due to the historical period. Working from this perspective means breaking down barriers to achieve physical and mental serenity in every environment. Changes have occurred in many fields lately, such as our relationship with space. Therefore, offices are changing along with work. These are becoming elastic and flexible in order to meet the working needs.
Technology has played a fundamental role in this regard. It has become an indispensable means of staying in touch, managing remote working and communicating with team members relegated to their home environment. High-tech meeting areas, brainstorming stations and versatile spaces are therefore essential.
At Magni, aesthetics and functionality characterize our new offices, also thanks to our daily experience in the construction of our rotating telehandlers.
