Magni TH stands among the brilliant companies in the Italian edition of Kotler Impact
Magni TH appears as the protagonist in a case study on environment, community and innovation. This study was analysed in the new Italian version of the book ‘Essentials of Modern Marketing’ by Kotler-i, Carboni et al.
Kotler Impact, a strategic marketing community brainchild of the eponymous father of modern marketing, has recently collaborated with Weevo on the publication of a volume entitled ‘Essentials of Modern Marketing‘. This volume presented on 22 March in Bologna at Confindustria Emilia Area Centro represents the first edition in Italian.
The book analyses a case study on 31 Italian companies to respond to three major modern challenges: environment, community and product innovation. Magni TH is proud to have taken part in the study among such renowned candidates as Lamborghini, Lube and Iliad.
Magni supports and is at the forefront of sustainable development: the new Headquarters was created to address this issue. The project includes the installation of 6 electric car charging stations, 460 new trees, 3,500 m² of solar panels and an innovative underfloor heating system. The latter was implemented to consume less energy than an air-conditioning system with heat pumps and to increase the comfort of the assembly line workers during winter.
In addition to its focus on the environment, Magni is deeply rooted in its own identity with strong roots in the community of its beloved Castelfranco Emilia (Modena). Since its foundation in 2012, the company supports initiatives in favour of its community. The construction of the ‘Don Bosco’ primary school dedicated to Pietro Magni (father of Riccardo Magni) and financed entirely by the group, a vehicle given on loan for use to the ANT foundation, and the construction of a cycle track in front of the new production site, are just a few examples.
Finally, technological innovation is among the company’s founding values. Continuous progress has always been a strong point for Magni, allowing to stand out clearly on the market. From the very beginning, in fact, President Riccardo Magni has been able to combine craftsmanship, innovation and technology to develop and introduce new patents and machines on the telehandler market.
At Magni we are proud of this achievement obtained after only 10 years in business. We consider it a milestone and, if we want, a new beginning for a sustainable development, with positive effects on the territory and people.
