At Magni, customer proximity is a key factor. The decision to open several branches around the world has been dictated by this need. Today we are pleased to announce the opening of another Magni TH European branch in Benelux.

Magni Benelux is the new official branch of Magni Telescopic Handlers S.R.L. Italy. It is based in Deinze, near Gent in Flanders, Belgium. Flanders is the most interesting and economically active region in this country. This new location further enhances the service Magni offers to its customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, allowing new machines and spare parts to be supplied much more quickly.

The new facility is located close to the motorway and can be easily reached by customers and goods vehicles. The building, a brand new office complex, also features a training room, allowing mechanics and dealers to keep up to date without having to travel to the headquarters in Italy.

Next to the offices is a brand new 1,500m² warehouse for storing machines and spare parts, plus a large outdoor area for storing and testing machines, both telescopic handlers and aerial platforms. Furthermore, the presence of an additional after-sales office is essential in offering the best assistance to machines and new customers, providing maintenance and repair services.

Magni Benelux had a presence at the Matexpo exhibition held last month in Kortrijk, Belgium. In addition to bringing several historical ranges such as RTH and TH, Magni Benelux also presented the new AC models that will complete Magni’s wide range of electric scissor lifts.

This new location allows Magni to further expand its sales network and offer customers a high quality service on site. Being close to our customers to meet all their needs both in terms of machines and service will always be a key component of our brand.
