Double interview at the Magni WOC stand in Las Vegas
On the occasion of the World of Concrete in Las Vegas, held at the end of January, Heavy Equipment Guide magazine interviewed President Riccardo Magni and Joe Leinwol, Chief Sales Officer of the American branch. Here is a short excerpt from the video interview!
Even overseas the success of Magni’s products does not go unnoticed and the World of Concrete in Las Vegas gave us the opportunity to deepen and understand the company based in Castelfranco Emilia. During the annual trade fair dedicated to commercial construction the magazine Heavy Equipment Guide took the opportunity of the presence of our President Riccardo Magni and Joe Leinwol, Chief Sales Officer of the American branch, to do a joint interview.
To the question ‘Why has your product caught on so quickly in the United States and why do sales continue to grow?’, Riccardo Magni replied that “the main reason lies in the versatility of our machines because by simply changing the attachment they can be used as a forklift thanks to the forks, as a crane thanks to the winch, and as an platform using the basket. The machine recognises the attachment and automatically sets the safety devices and the load chart. This feature is common to all models in our telehandler ranges.”
He is then asked to shed light on the philosophy behind the brand, and the President replies: “We want to offer the customer the best possible product in terms of both technology and quality. These two aspects must be taken into consideration before thinking about prize, even though this is a relevant factor, and in this sense we are committed to offering the best machine at the best price. We do not compromise quality for a lower price.”
Finally, Joe Leinwol took the floor and explained the additional advantages of Magni machines within the construction segment: “Our machines rank among the best in the market in terms of lifting capacity, performance and safety, and having a wide range of more than 100 attachments speaks volumes about the versatility of our machines.”
On the impact Magni has made on the American market, he continues: “We can say that our telehandlers are changing the way concrete contractors perform construction, eliminating the need for cranes on job sites, increasing productivity, and saving time. All this while maintaining high safety standards.”
