Allift achieve the goal of 100 machines sold
Allift has been our partner for the eastern region of Australia for the last 3 years. In light of the milestone of 100 machines sold, we interviewed Todd Darvall, National Product Manager – Eastern Region to find out how they achieved such an important goal.
What are the reasons why Magni is so popular in the Australian market?
Magni’s machines are known for their outstanding quality combined with unmatched lifting performance. These are the main reasons why our customers choose Magni as their long-term lifting partner.
How do you promote the Magni brand in Australia?
In my opinion the best form of marketing is through word of mouth. It often happens that many potential customers come to us and ask for Magni machines because they have heard good things about them from colleagues in the industry and want to try them out for themselves. In this sense, our customers are our best form of advertising. Moreover, we organise many open days with demos, participate in trade shows and are present on various online platforms.
How is the Australian telehandler market coping with this period of crisis?
Although the situation is slowly improving, many equipment deliveries are still subject to delays due to the low availability of components. For our part, we were proactive in ordering machines about 12 months in advance. This allowed us to avoid major delays.
What allowed you to reach the goal of 100 machines sold?
As I said before, quality and performance are the main reasons why we were able to reach such an important goal. Moreover, providing all-round quality support in terms of service, spare parts and training has allowed us to better meet our customers’ needs. Finally, credit is also due to our most loyal customers, who have long chosen us as their partner.
Regarding your customers, do you remember when and to whom you sold your first Magni machine?
Our very first machine was sold in 2019 to Ardreagh Formwork, construction company based in Melbourne. They recently added a second Magni to their fleet as well .
What are your future plans with Magni?
We want to continue to grow year on year and become number one in the heavy lift industry with the great range of HTH machines as well as target specific industries within mining with the new THU5.8. We have had early success in mining also thanks to Magni’s wide range of specific attachments.
