Magni and Lorini united for art in Montichiari
Magni and Lorini took part in an important street art project for the community of Montichiari. The local rental company provided a Magni scissor lift to complete the work safely.
Vera Bugatti, internationally renowned street artist, was commissioned by the Pro Loco Città di Montichiari (BS) to create a mural on the wall of the gymnasium of the Don Milani high school. The artwork is wide, occupies an entire side of the building and portrays a triptych of five female figures connected by a rope. The painting aims to raise awareness on justice, peace, solidarity and human rights. The mural is entitled PAG, which comes from the Sanskrit root of the word ‘peace’, which is also found in ‘pact’.
In order to perform a work of these proportions the proper equipment is required. Thus, Magni TH has been chosen to tackle this task. Our local customer Noleggio Lorini provided the equipment to work at height. Bolstered by over 20 years’ experience in the rental of lifting, earthmoving and construction equipment, the company offers one of the widest product ranges on the Italian market, including Magni telehandlers and aerial working platforms.
Specifically, it is thanks to one of these platforms – a DS1823RT ensuring a lifting capacity of 680 kg and a working height of 18 metres – that the mural was produced. In this specific case, this model was chosen for its stability, precision and ample room to move around without constantly moving the platform.
“We are glad to have collaborated on such a major artistic project for our local community.” claimed Andrea Lorini, Sales Manager of the Brescia branches at Noleggio Lorini. He continues: “A special thanks also goes to Magni TH, our reference partner, with whom we have been collaborating for several years now. Over time, we have built a relationship based on trust and the same vision of doing business. We have long chosen this Castelfranco Emilia-based partner because of its reliability, product variety and quality. We share the ability to meet market demands by providing flexible solutions and a personalized service suited to every situation.”
Magni is proud to have taken part in this artistic project, aimed at valorising the local community of Montichiari. We also wish to thank Noleggio Lorini and Daniele Lorini for his kind words and for the renewed trust they have placed in our brand for some time now.
