Greasing the machine regularly is a fundamental and time-consuming operation, especially when working in cold climates. Thus, Magni has designed and produced the automatic greasing kit, a solution that allows to automatically manage the flow of grease in any climatic context.

Greasing the machine regularly is essential to ensure the reliability of the components as it prevents friction, heating and therefore wear. However, this operation is often very time-consuming if performed on a machine with several and hard-to-reach greasing points.

This is why Magni introduced the “Automatic greasing kit“, making it available for all RTH, TH and HTH ranges of telehandlers. This option consists of several elements: heated high-pressure lubrication pump, tank and distributor.

The system allows to plan the automatic greasing of the majority of the machine’s lubrication points. The pump manages the quantity and timing of the grease flow, while the distributor dosing chamber supplies it to the predetermined points. This simplifies routine maintenance and extends working hours.

This kit is extremely versatile as performance remains constant at both low and high temperatures. In cold climates, pump operation is guaranteed down to -35°, using a winter grease. In fact, the heater at the base of the tank, equipped with an electronic timer, prevents the grease from increasing in viscosity and facilitates its passage into the pump compartment.

Using impurity-free grease is essential for the proper functioning of the device. Standard and winter grease refills will soon be purchasable in practical sticks with a nozzle for easy filling of the tank from our dealer and official service network.  Each refill ensures a range of about 500 hours.
